Reminders…

• Mark your calendar and please be on time to your class
• Have all materials picked out and ready before class
• Please park on the side streets when you are here for a workshop. Thank you!
• Please do not bring guests to the class

Cancellations:

• You may cancel a class with a 5-day notice and receive a refund or store credit of the class value, minus a $5 cancellation fee.
• There are only cash refunds on classes we cancel. (cancellations made with less than a 5-day notice will forfeit the entire fee… sorry, no exceptions)
• Special Events (Guest Teacher) may be cancelled with a 30-day notice and receive a refund or store credit of the class value, minus a $5 cancellation fee.
• There are only cash refunds on Special Event classes we cancel. (Special Event cancellations made with less than a 30-day notice will forfeit the entire fee… sorry, no exceptions)

Transfers:

• You may transfer classes with a 5-day/30-day notice prior to the start of the class.
  This will incur a $5 transfer fee.  Transfers are not allowed with less than a 5-day/30-day notice.

If we cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, or for some unforeseen circumstance, we will issue a full refund of class fee.
