We are so excited to be working with local artist Jeannette Cook in this upcoming quarter of classes and in the new year. Here is a little more about Jeannette.
Jeannette Cook has been beading for 42 years and teaching bead workshops for more than 26 years. She is a nationally and internationally known beadwork artist, author and teacher. Jeannette’s work has been featured in several beading magazines & books and is the co-author of the Beady Eyed Women’s® Guides to Exquisite Beadwork, including A Sculptural Peyote Primer and Beading with Peyote Stitch, Interweave Press. Jeannette has also had her finished work in galleries, most recently at PISMO Glass in Denver, CO for the “All About Beads Show.” With a photo of one of Jeannette’s necklaces in PISMO’s full page ad in American Craft Magazine.

You do need to have prior knowledge of a few stitches to take the more advanced classes but we are offering the Basic Netting and Basic Right Angle Weave (RAW).
